Adam Childers

Adam Childers is a seasoned Arkansas attorney with more than a decade of experience spanning both sides of the courtroom, state and federal jurisdictions, and criminal and civil practice. Since founding his own practice in 2017, Adam has represented clients in federal criminal indictments in the Eastern District of Arkansas—including RICO, conspiracy, murder, drug trafficking, and money laundering cases—while also advising businesses on labor and employment, compliance, and commercial matters, and appearing before administrative and regulatory boards.

Before private practice, Adam served nearly four years as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Little Rock, litigating hundreds of trials on charges ranging from murder to financial crimes, and he has served as dedicated counsel to the Little Rock and North Little Rock Police Departments' Fraternal Order of Police chapters and the National FOP.

Adam holds a J.D. from UALR Bowen School of Law and attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and the University of Arkansas, and is a member of the Arkansas Bar, admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
