Wesley was born and raised in northwestern New Mexico. Wesley graduated with his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from New Mexico State University and worked in Austin, prior to attending law school, with the Texas Legislative Council; a nonpartisan agency which works closely with the state legislature. Wesley finally decided to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming an attorney and attended law school at the University of Oklahoma College of Law (“OU”). While attending law school, Wesley utilized his passion for research and writing to mentor candidates and work alongside authors of academic works as the Managing Editor of the Oil & Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal (“ONE-J”). Upon graduating from OU, Wesley moved back down to Austin to begin practice and to advocate for individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents, premises incidents, and workplace injuries. Outside of work, Wesley enjoys cooking, working out, exploring the various coffee shops and breweries of Central Texas, traveling, and performing stand-up comedy at open mics in the Austin area.
