Passionately Pursuing Justice for the Injured

David Klemm

David Klemm

David Klemm graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. While attending North Texas, David interned for two semesters at the Denton County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in the Child Abuse Protection Unit where he helped prepare felony child abuse cases for trial.

David then attended Texas Tech University School of Law where he enrolled in a dual degree program with the Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business. This program allowed him to take law and business classes simultaneously and graduate with both a law degree and a master’s degree in Business Administration. While enrolled in law school and business school, David also worked as a law clerk for a local personal injury attorney for two years where he obtained valuable knowledge and experience in all aspects of personal injury law and civil litigation.

After graduation, David worked for several years in the business sector at multiple Fortune 500 companies before returning to his true passion, helping victims of negligence and other injured individuals get justice. Since returning to the legal field, David has helped hundreds of clients in personal injury cases seek compensation for the negligent acts of others. David began his legal career as a trial attorney on cases where other firms simply gave up. He took several of those cases to trial and has since obtained multiple judgments in excess of insurance policy limits.

In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family and playing frisbee with his dog.

Outside of the office, he enjoys playing and watching sports, exercising, spending time with loved ones and friends, participating in outdoor activities, and taking care of his dog.
