Austin was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, where he received all his formal education. He graduated from Churchill High School, received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Our Lady of the Lake University and his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s School of Law. During this time, he received honors education, recognized on the Dean’s List and received scholarships for his educational merits. As a moot court finalist, he found a passion for trial practice. During his education, Austin went to work under multiple attorneys, learning the ins and outs of injury litigation from both a plaintiff and defense perspective. After passing the Texas Bar Exam, Austin immediately went to work and started practicing plaintiff’s injury law. For the past several years, Austin has been diligently working for the benefit of those wrongly injured by others and ensuring that companies and insurance companies pay their fair due to them. He has committed to help all of his fellow Texans. From El Paso, Midland, Odessa, Brownsville, the Valley, Lubbock, Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and all corners of the Lone Star State, Austin is there to help his fellow person out in these difficult situations. Outside of the office, Austin can be found spending as much time as he can with his wife and son. He is also a avid fan of video games, comic books, martial arts, bodybuilding and anime.
