The Employee Injured in a Workplace Accident

An employee of Electrical Specialties, Inc. retained legal representation from our team after he was allegedly injured by a machine that malfunctioned while he was working on March 25, 2015. The plaintiff claims that the injuries were preventable and occurred due to the improper installation of a machine that should have been inspected by the defendant after the machine was installed.

The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against Electrical Specialties, Inc. on April 8 in the Jefferson County District Court. The plaintiff is seeking monetary compensation for the following:

  • Physical pain
  • Suffering
  • Mental anguish
  • Lost wages

The Woman Injured in a Slip and Fall Accident in Walmart

On December 4, 2015, a woman allegedly fell due to a slippery surface on a Wal-Mart floor located in Texas. The plaintiff claims that the accident occurred because the store failed to keep the premises safe and clear of any hazards that could have caused injuries to other persons. In addition, the plaintiff claims that the defendant should have known about the danger and warned persons about the substance on the floor.

Attorney John A. Daspit, Attorney Robert Morse, and Attorney Michael L. Grinsfelder are representing the woman. The lawsuit was filed on April 6 in the Jefferson County District Court.
