Coming from a legal family in Dallas, Vickers L. Cunningham Jr. understood from an early age what it means to advocate for others. After he graduated with honors from Texas A&M University, Vickers attended South Texas College of Law where he became an elected member of the school’s nationally ranked advocacy program. There, he participated in mock trial tournaments and competed with other students from around the country. Vickers had the opportunity to work with prestigious attorneys around the Houston area during his law school tenure. While working on complex personal injury cases, Vickers learned how to fight against insurance companies and retain the highest settlements for his clients. He knows how they operate and how they try to pitch low-ball offers in the hopes of minimizing their losses so they can close the case as quickly as possible. With this experience, Vickers continues to push insurance companies to trial and hold them accountable. Vickers is also an avid singer/songwriter. On nights and weekends, you can catch Vickers and his band playing country music on stages all over Texas. When he is not presenting in front of the jury he is performing in front of an audience.
