Sharon Kirubi



Sharon Kirubi was born in Nairobi, Kenya and raised in Plano, Texas. She graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and Spanish. Sharon then went on to work in the Oil and Gas industry before moving to Los Angeles for law school. Sharon graduated from Loyola Marymount University, Loyola Law School, and moved back to the Dallas metroplex to be closer to her family. During her time in law school, Sharon clerked for a district magistrate judge in the Bay Area and gained additional legal experience by working as a law clerk for a large employment law firm in the greater Los Angeles area. She also represented clients in her school’s Collateral Consequences of Conviction clinic. Sharon takes pride in being an advocate for others and a voice for the voiceless. Outside of practicing law, she enjoys traveling, working out, attending NBA games and concerts, and spending time with her loved ones.
