Biography

Rob was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania. Rob’s mother was a school teacher and his father a small business owner. After graduating from high school, he received his B.S. in Criminology cum laude from Florida State University. While at Florida State, Rob was awarded multiple academic scholarships and awards.

After graduating from college, Rob attended the University of Houston Law Center. Rob graduated from University of Houston Law Center and began his career practicing for an insurance defense firm in Miami, Florida. Rob later returned to Houston and joined a nationally renowned plaintiff’s law firm. Rob worked all aspects of case investigation, case intake and trial preparation on cases ranging from personal injury and products liability to breach of contract. Importantly, he has been a member of many trial teams in which the cases settled on the eve of trial or went to jury verdict.

Rob is licensed to practice in the state courts of Texas, Florida and Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Rob is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Attorneys Information Exchange Group (AIEG). Also, in and out of the office, Rob is dedicated to pro bono services and serves as an advocate for those who have been injured or lost loved ones as a result of the negligence of another.

Rob has also litigated first party claims involving catastrophic events in both Florida and Texas. Beginning in Miami with the devastation caused by Hurricane Wilma in 2005 through the recent Hurricane Harvey, Rob has handled ensuing litigation matters that arose from these disasters. With his prior insurance defense experience, Rob is especially cognizant of the tricks and strategies employed by insurance companies and their adjusters to wrongly deny or undervalue legitimate claims. He will leave no stone unturned in his pursuit to get policyholders compensated for every dollar they deserve.
