Matthew Woodard

Matthew was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and received his undergraduate degree in History from Florida Gulf Coast University. After graduation, he received an Executive Master of Public Administration from Texas Southern University in 2015. Matthew received his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2019 and is a member of the Texas Bar.

While at South Texas College of Law, Matthew was very involved in the school’s advocacy program and minority recruitment programs. Matthew also interned at the Harris County Veteran’s Clinic assisting veterans in obtaining benefits and equitable relief. Matthew loves football and has several relatives that are practicing attorneys, including his older sister.
