Attorney Gary Saunders grew up in the Seattle area but has lived in Houston for the past twenty-two years. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. Thereafter, he earned a Medical Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, and subsequently a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school, Mr. Saunders worked for the University of Houston’s Hurricane Assistance and Consumer Complaint Center, helping people navigate issues arising from Hurricane Ike, in addition to other legal complaints. For his service, Mr. Saunders received the Dean’s Achievement Award on graduation. As an attorney, Mr. Saunders has represented clients in various aspects of the law, including healthcare, pharmaceutical litigation, personal injury, and criminal defense. In his free time, Gary can be found hiking the backwoods of Washington state with his wife and two kids, wrenching the latest “mod” on his motorcycle to try to squeeze out a few extra horsepower, or sat in the living room catching up on the latest Netflix movie.
