Daniel S. Gonzalez was born and raised in the farthest western region of Texas in the city of El Paso. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas in El Paso, Daniel realized his true potential as an advocate for the wrongfully injured and decided to stray from the pre-med wolf pack to pursue a degree in law. He traveled east into the heart of Texas and studied law at St. Mary’s University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate. While still in law school, Daniel began his career in personal injury as a law clerk for a law firm that specialized in commercial vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and wrongful death cases. Shortly after passing the bar exam, Daniel decided to further his career in personal injury litigation at Daspit Law Firm, where he continues to represent injured persons in wrongful death and personal injury cases arising from motor vehicle collisions, tractor-trailer wrecks, workplace injuries, dangerous premises conditions, and defective products. With years of experience advocating for injured clients in complex litigation, Daniel strives to effectively counsel his clients and obtain the compensation they rightfully deserve. While he spends most of his time practicing law, he enjoys motor racing on the track, hunting, fishing, mowing the lawn, and, of course, spending time with his lovely wife and family. Daniel is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is eligible for admission in all UBE Jurisdictions.
