Cesar was born and raised in Texas. His mother was a Kindergarten School Teacher and his Father is a Federal Public Defender. While growing up in south Texas, Cesar observed many injustices. Cesar decided that he could make a difference by advocating for justice while also doing what he enjoyed most, studying law. He attended the University of Texas at Brownsville where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts with a minor in Legal Studies. Determined to succeed, Cesar pursued a legal career at Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Texas. While in law school, Cesar interned for a Federal District Judge at the United States District Court – Southern District of Texas. During this time, Cesar was first able to take part in the legal system that provides justice in the community he was raised in. During his third year in law school and for a time after, Cesar worked at a law firm that practices in the areas of personal injury, criminal, family, and immigration law. Cesar became very familiar with the courtroom and accomplished numerous victories in different areas of law for his clients. It was during this time that his primary focus became personal injury law. Cesar’s goal remains to fight for his clients and he always strives to win every single one of his cases. He greatly enjoys his position at Daspit Law Firm and is eager to fight on behalf of all his clients.
