Bio

Benjamin Kennedy was born and raised in Conroe, Texas to “down to earth” hard-working parents; a father who worked in the lumber business and mother who was an elementary/middle school teacher. He grew up competing in just about every sport, learning the importance of hard-work, preparation and perseverance, which have paid dividends throughout his career representing Plaintiffs. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. and then later earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. Throughout Ben’s legal career he has successfully prosecuted hundreds of cases for Plaintiff’s across the State of Texas.
