Biography

Robert Morse was raised in a small rice farming community outside of Sour Lake, Texas before attending Texas A&M University where he received his B.B.A. in Finance. After college, Robert managed litigation and fraud investigations for the country's largest property and casualty insurance company. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from law school at the University of Houston, Robert began his career at the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski where he represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in a variety of litigation matters. During his career at Fulbright, Robert did not lose a single jury trial.

As a result of his outstanding advocacy skills, Robert left Fulbright & Jaworski to supervise catastrophic litigation matters for one of the world's largest energy companies. These experiences provided Robert with a unique insight into the operations of major corporations and their insurance carriers and allows him to maximize the value of a case while seeking a resolution in the most expedited time frame feasible.

When not working, Robert enjoys most outdoor activities, but is especially fond of hunting and fishing.

In recent years, Robert has been involved in the following types of litigation:

  • Catastrophic burns at a gas plant in Wyoming where three contract employees sustained life-threatening injuries.
